Better data, better care

A provider with the whole picture — what was found last time, what was prescribed, what came back from the lab — makes a better decision than one working from what a patient can remember in the room. Better data is not paperwork; it is the ground a diagnosis stands on. Anastomo exists to raise its quality: every fax, scan, letter and visit read into a typed record, kept whole, and there when it is needed.

And the record stays where it is. Every model runs on the practice’s own computers and works with the network off; nothing is uploaded to be processed, there is no account, and no server of ours ever sees a patient’s information. A record leaves the machine only when a provider sends it, and only to someone the record already names. A patient’s own copy goes sealed, so that only they can open it. Sensitive medical records stay with the custodian, on hardware they own, under a law they can name. That is data sovereignty in its purest form, and it is the whole legal advantage of processing a record where it already is.
